Chamanka's Sri Lanka Traditional Chilli Chiken Pasta recipe can be rustled up in no time and provides a beautiful dish perfect for a lunch or midweek supper. Serve the pasta with some crusty garlic bread and a light summer salad.
Traditional Sri Lanka Chilli Chicken Pasta is a fantastic dish which can be almost cooked from start to finish in one pan. Any fresh pasta will do for this recipe however Chamanka recommends long pasta is also works well with the texture of the sauce.
Traditional Sri Lankan Chili Chicken Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
· Chili powder
· Cumin
· Salt
· Pepper
· Garlic Powder
· Olive Oil
· 2 Chicken Breasts pieces
· Backed penne pasta
· Parmesan oil
· Onions
· Celery Leaves
· Fresh Milk
Step 1 Recipe
· Add olive oil to hot pan.
· Add the chicken breast and onions and wait till it bake
Step 2 Recipe
· Combine all the spices Chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, olive oil & pepper with the fresh cream
Step 3 Recipe
· Take the cooked pasta out of the cooker and top it with Parmesan cheese and celery leaves
