A Traditional Spices Mixed Spicy Grilled Chicken With Vegetables

Spicy grilled chicken with vegetables by Chef Jagath is an easy homemade marinade recipe with everyday ingredients that produces super flavorful, juicy chicken!! If you’re looking for an easy marinade to jazz up grilled chicken & vegetable using your saucepan, we guarantee that this is the one!!

Festive season means grilling season and everyone always looking for new and interesting marinades that pack a ton of flavor but are super easy to whisk together with ingredients you have on hand and this is exactly that type of marinade and recipe.

This recipe helps keep the chicken & vegetable so tender, juicy, delivers so much of flavor, and you whisk the ingredients together in a flash.

Another added bonus with this marinade is that the chicken & vegetable does not stick to the saucepan at all. It’s like non-stick magic. You know how sometimes chicken & vegetable has a way of just sticking like crazy to the saucepan no matter how careful you are? Not the case here in the least.

Heat some oil in a pan, and add the chicken breast pieces, each side 8-10 minutes. Check the chicken is cooked before taking off the heat. To check if the chicken is cooked, cut through the thickest part of the chicken, the skin should be white and firm and not pink, and if you press it, the juices should run clear.

For the grilled veggies, I have used here, thick cubes of onions, green , yellow and red pepper, tomatoes cut into thick cubes . Also you can use the veggies that you prefer. You can use zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms, or other seasonal vegetables.

If you are using mushrooms, I would suggest sautéing mushrooms separately, as mushrooms leave water. You can sauté mushrooms in a little oil, till they are done and then add rest of the dry spices.

1st Ingredients:

  • Chicken Legs

  • Soya Source

  • Oyster Source

  • Black Pepper (Nature Spices)

  • Curry Powder (Nature Spices)

  • Chilly Pieces (Nature Spices)

  • Carrots

  • Potato

  • 3 Color Bell Pepper

  • Salt

Step 01

Place chicken leg in to the pan and add soya source, oyster, salt, pepper, vinegar and curry powder then cook under law heat for 10 to 15 minutes then add all the vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes.
